Dear forum members, I am a psychologist working towards my PhD on nutrition and eating decisions. I am doing an online study about weight loss. I want to find out which factors help people stick to a diet over a longer period of time. Many studies have shown that it can be difficult to adhere to a diet. This can be due to factors within a person (for example, people do not believe in their ability to keep the diet up or in actual weight loss success) or due to characteristics of the diet (for example the diet contains a lot of complicated rules). I want to investigate this question of how people can adhere to a diet for a longer period of time. All participants in this online study will receive scientifically well-founded, individualized feedback about their weight loss strategies. If you are interested in participating just click on this link: userpage.fu-berlin.de/~jmata/eweightloss . There you'll also find more information about the study as well as my contact address in case you have questions. Have fun! Jutta Mata
