Hi all, I’ve been to many discussions seeking advice for a weight loss program. I’ve been fat all my life, but as I got aged, health conditions become too bad. It’s not that I’m not trying anything to get control my weight. I’ve been trying many diets that are said to be effective, but for me nothing worked. I won’t say it doesn’t work at all, it gave me some improvement in the health conditions. But I’m failing to maintain health. So I’m planning to join a men's only weight loss program in Toronto, organized by Harvey Brooker. What are your suggestions on long-term weight loss programs?
