A slice of toast with peanut butter on it for breakfast, an apple for a snack, chopped up salad veggies and some low sodium low fat triscuit crackers for lunch and an orange for a snack with 2 long pretzels. I also had 2 14 oz glasses of water. For dinner I had eggplant parmagiana and macaroni (I made it) and a glass of wine
