We are always in a hurry. We usually don`t have time to do everything slowly. It`s just the way of living. But stop and think about your health!!! Moreover, don`t you want to ENJOY food? Try to TASTE food. Enjoy EVERY moment eating. It is not only a pleasant process, it is really useful for our health and prevents overeating.
