Hi, my name is Kelly I just gave birth to my sixth baby in April. He is my last and so I have no more excuses not to lose weight and start living a healthier lifestyle. I gained a HUGE amount of weight with my first three kids finally topping out at 230 pounds on a 5'4" frame. Not good for my looks or my health. After my divorce I lost all the weight and then some and finally got into a size 6. I maintained that weight for three years until I met the mand of my dreams in 2001. We got married and I had three more babies in three years. I put on a lot of weight with my last pregnancy and couldn't exercise (not that I ever really did before) because of premature labor. So, I am very out of shape and a lot heavier than I would like. I've been trying hard to shed the pounds by working out twice a day and dieting (sort of) since the baby came, but rather than going down, my weight keeps creeping up. I am SOOO frustrated! I am hoping that support from others who are trying to lose weight and live healthy will help motivate me to keep trying even though nothing seems to be working. I have the greatest husband, wonderful kids, a job I love and a pretty wonderful life. The only thing that I can't manage is to get my body healthy and to a safe size. I'm really hoping that you all have words of wisdom and advice that will keep me on track. I look forward to meeting all of you. Kelly

Kelly, Welcome! I know exactly how you feel, this is the heaviest I have ever been. I am 4'10" and weigh 225. I never exercise either. This is a great website. It is very new so there are not too many members, but we are getting there. I am always on, and am the Administrator, so if you ever want to chat or talk, let me know!
