And for the first couple of days, I was ok. Eating healthieer and even walking.
Of course, today, I have an awesome breakfast and lunch, but someone brought in pastries. And without even realizing it, I take like 4 big pieces, starting eating and now have "woken up". It is like when I go for bad food, I am asleep and don't even realize it.
Well, tonight, dinner is salmon and it will healthy.

 I feel like I am going to float away! I actually drank water today with lemon juice! I drank 2 glasses that equaled 14 oz. each, so I drank 28 oz. That is good for a first timer. But for dinner I had a glass of wine, I needed it! On to day 2!

Today has not been good. I had a cup of coffee and a banana for breakfast. 2 marshmallows for a snack . For lunch I am having olive garden, but good. Soup salad and breadsticks.
'Dinner, I have no idea what i am having.

Remember, the focus this week is not on your eating. It's all about drinking water. Regardless of how bad your day is going you can still take a few seconds to throw down a glass of water. You can do this!!!!
